At UniQ Tribe, every product is custom-made just for you! As a result, we have specific policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.


Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted as we begin processing immediately.
  • However, if the item has not been marked as shipped, you may email us at [Your Contact Email] to check if cancellation is feasible. Approval will be at our discretion.


Returns & Refunds

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged during shipping.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  1. You must send us a recorded unboxing video as proof of damage.
  2. The video should be clear, showing the package being opened and the damage visible upon unboxing.
  3. Email the video and details to [Your Contact Email] within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will provide either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
