Returns & Refunds
Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged during shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items

- You must send us a recorded unboxing video as proof of damage.
- The video should be clear, showing the package being opened and the damage visible upon unboxing.
